I just learned that another one of my favorite comedians from the ’70s passed away yesterday. Harey Korman was one of those people whose impecible comedic timing and geniune love of acting blazed clearly across the screen. You were left with little doubt that when he was working on the Carol Burnette show, there was little work involved–it was play-time. His performances under Mel Brooks will never be surpassed. I’m sorry to see another legend pass this world, but I’m sure he’s giving the angels belly-laughs in the next one.
