(No surprise, considering that the BATF would go apeshit if they tried.) Instead it is similar to the concept cars that the automotive manufacturers keep rolling out at auto shows. One of a kind, hand made vehicles that are supposed to wow the crowd. But I wouldn't be surprised if it started to show up in some movies.
