Finished the first draft of my short story last night. It came in at 3,850 words. When I reread it from start to finish, it flows better than I expected for a first draft. I still need to go back and do a little tweaking, then I’ll let it rest for a week or two before taking another look at it.
In other news:
- Robbie posted a pair of videos about dice that were way more entertaining than they had any right to be.
- This is kinda old news, but if you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check out the video of the meteorite burning up over Canada. Cool on video, but a little scary (to me) if you were in person.
- Also, did you know that x-rays have been discovered from scotch tape?
