A further 37,000 part-time staff can fire additional materials into the clouds using 7,113 anti-aircraft guns and 4,991 rocket launchers.
Can you imagine America doing something like this? Would you want to compete (commercially or in war, your pick) with a country with the will and the means to go to such extremes?
